Overview
The V-type powder mixing machine is designed for various industries such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemicals, metallurgy, and electronics, primarily for blending dry granular materials. It features manual feeding and a closed disc valve discharge system that effectively prevents dust spillage. The machine boasts a unique mixing barrel structure that ensures efficient blending with no dead spots. Constructed from stainless steel, it safeguards against contamination of the mixed materials. Both the interior and exterior of the machine are polished to a high standard. This versatile machine offers uniform mixing and has broad application potential. Additionally, it can be customized with an optional compulsory mixer based on user requirements. It is ideal for mixing smaller powders, blocks, and materials containing a certain percentage of moisture.
Working Principle
The V-type powder mixing machine consists of a container that is welded from two asymmetric cylinders. Through rotary motion, the granule powder undergoes continuous segmentation and merging processes. Material is conveyed from one cylinder to the other, and powder particles stack and redistribute across the powder surface with the slip of powder, resulting in a multiplexing effect.
